Organized especially for final year students, the ESME organizes a day dedicated to job interview simulations, where HR managers play the game and enable students to have three or four interview simulations throughout the day.

Each interview lasts about 45 minutes and is followed by a debriefing, with advice on the student's performance and résumé.

Both students and companies benefit from this experience, the latter being able to assess the qualities of future graduates.

In December 2005, 70 Human Resources Managers and 50 companies contributed to this event.
