The Careers as an Engineer

Engineer is a title which encompass a wide range of careers.

In fact, one finds engineers in all sectors of the economy, such as aeronautics, telecommunications, electronics, civil engineering and applications of electricity, as well as computer service companies, banking and consulting services. Within a single enterprise, engineers can have very different positions: Research and Development, Sales, Production, Distribution and Maintenance, and all the connected data processing services.

Add to this the fact that males and females can hold identical jobs. One can but regret that the percentage of female students at the ESME is only 15%.

A career for the future

This profession will suffer in the future from a lack of qualified engineers on a global scale, which guarantees favorable prospects.

In spite of a current unstable economic climate, the recruitment of young ESME graduates is favourable.
